Terry Swanton (AKA Sir Swanton) | Director
Terry is a senior health, safety and environmental expert with a proven track record in delivering effective outcomes in the areas of enterprise risk management, management systems, training and auditing. He has worked across several high-risk industries such as construction, facilities management, logistics and motor sports. This has included many high-profile organisations and projects such the Australian Grand Prix Corporation as the role as Risk and Safety Manager, Australian Defence Force contracts and community organisation YMCA Victoria.
Heather Leach | Consultant
Heather Leach is a health and safety consultant and qualified events Place of Public Entertainment Safety Officer.
Heather has a diverse background and was a previous Director of a construction company overseeing many residential building projects. She also has an extensive training and operations background with retail giants Coles Liquor Group and Woolworths. Heather has worked with several clients to improve management systems, audits, industrial equipment risk reviews, work method statements, and risk workshops across high-risk industries, such construction, facilities management, events, and government, e.g. Australian Grand Prix Corporation, Moto GP and Nine Media Group.
