Mark is a trusted Risk, Health and Safety professional committed to preventing harm and building high levels of business performance. Mark’s career has included senior leadership positions and work in over 15 countries across high risk industries such as mining, oil & gas, facilities management, construction and utilities.
Mark has strong expertise in risk and safety across a number of disciplines, e.g. management systems, Critical Risk Management (CRM), Safety in Design (SiD), Chain of Responsibility (CoR), contractor management and incident investigations. He also has proven track record of leading organisation transformation projects, team design, team performance, leadership development, human performance and training.
Mark has partnered and learnt from the very best organisations both as a non-executive director, senior executive and consultant. He previously worked with SafeWork NSW as a Prosecutor and with multi-national companies such as Lend Lease, Transfield Services and Rio Tinto. More recently Mark has created a trusted ‘FEFO Consulting’ brand delivering projects with JLL, Boral, AICD, Uniting, multiple government departments and local councils.
Mark has a Bachelor of Science, Post Graduate Diploma (OHS) and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD)
Rebecca Crompton

Rebecca is a senior health and safety expert with experience in the end-to-end delivery of strategic health and safety initiatives that are closely aligned with business performance and operational needs. Rebecca’s core capabilities are in strategy, leadership development, management systems, critical risk management, contractor management, and critical incident response.
Rebecca has help previous head of health and safety for a publicly listed organisation and has worked directly with boards and senior executives to deliver simple, targeted initiatives to improve health and safety outcomes. Rebecca’s experience extends across a diverse range of projects and clients across multiple high risk industries including Construction, Telecommunications, Mechanical Services and Petrochemical.
Terry Swanton

Terry is a senior health, safety and environmental expert with a proven track record in delivering effective outcomes in the areas of safety leadership, risk management, management systems, training and auditing.
He has worked across several high-risk industries such as construction, facilities management, logistics and major events. This has included many high-profile organisations and projects such the Australian Grand Prix Corporation as the role as Risk and Safety Manager, Australian Defence Force contracts and community organisation YMCA Victoria.
Rachel Fitzgerald
Operations Manager (NSW)
Rachel brings a diverse range of operational experience combined with health and safety expertise. She sits on the FEFO Consulting Executive Leadership Team leading our service delivery and product roadmap strategy.
Rachel’s experience extends across high risk industries including Telecommunications, Construction and Mechanical Services. In her various safety professional roles with a publicly listed company, Rachel delivered safety system improvements projects, national strategic projects across safety and assurance, data insights, solutions and analytic tools, national contractor management system implementation and critical risk control programs.
Hollie Seibold
Operations Capability Lead
Hollie’s extensive career has seen her gain experience across a variety of locations and industries including hospitality, health and fitness, business, and administration – experience that’s allowed her to work with a range of different people and personalities. Hollie is a program designer, facilitator, and wellbeing educator, with more than 15 years’ experience as a teacher. Her vast experience as a project co-ordinator and operations manager gives her a unique perspective to meet and fulfill your organisational needs.
Hollie is a motivated, passionate, and enthusiastic person. She takes an inquisitive, informed, and practical approach, working collaboratively with both colleagues and clients to help them gain awareness of their strengths and weaknesses, build positivity and arming them with the tools they need to succeed and thrive.
Hollie holds a Certificate IV in Assessment & Workplace Training, and a Bachelor of Education.
Marina Reid Wilson
Senior Associate (NSW)
Marina is an experienced Registered Psychologist and Masters-qualified Coach with over 15 years’ experience in executive coaching, workshop design and facilitation and psychological assessment. She has a special interest in leadership development and assisting her clients to build resilience, develop emotional agility and flourish in stressful environments.
Marina designs tailored solutions in response to both individual and organizational challenges. Marina is particularly passionate about organizational health and wellbeing, supporting leaders to create positive work environments. Throughout her career, Marina has assisted many organizations and teams to understand the elements of healthy work cultures, and to recognize signs and symptoms of psychological distress. In delivering such programs, Marina takes a holistic approach to mental health, highlighting the systemic factors that can contribute to compromised wellbeing. She encourages clients to be proactive in addressing mental health and focuses on effective solutions to support team leaders and individuals.
Marina has worked with clients from a range of industries, including government, legal, banking, finance, medical, dentistry, education and not-for-profit, both in Australia and New Zealand. Marina’s clients include Wynn Williams, Cavell Leitch, Gadens Lawyers, ABN AMRO, Citigroup and Crowe Horwath Accounting, among others. In the public sector, Marina has worked with clients from Department of Premier and Cabinet, Department of Finance, Service and Innovation, NSW Health Pathology, Department of Education, Employment and Workplace Relations, Transport for NSW and Sydney Trains. Her experience coaching clients from both the private and public sector gives her a breadth of understanding of the various issues that her clients face in these environments.
Marina has a B.A. (Psychology), a postgraduate diploma in Applied Psychology, and completed a Masters of Science in Coaching Psychology. Marina is also a registered Psychologist with the NSW Psychologists Registration Board.

Yvonne is an accomplished leader specializing in injury prevention practical initiatives to improve health, safety, and wellbeing outcomes.
Yvonne’s core capabilities are strategy, systems, leadership, worker compensation, change management, critical risk management and injury management and prevention. She has previously held head of health, safety, and wellbeing roles with publicly listed organisations across Australia and New Zealand and worked directly with boards, senior executives and frontline operations. Yvonne’s diverse experience extends across a range of projects in high-risk industries including Building Products, Construction, Logistics and Transport, and Manufacturing.
Yvonne holds a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy and range of other certifications, e.g., Cert IV Training and Assessment, Certificate in Occupational Hygiene , RTW Coordinator for NSW and Comcare.
Morgan Slocombe

Morgan is an experienced Health, Safety and Wellbeing professional who has worked across the Security, Facilities Management, and Major Events fields, and has Certificate IV in Workplace Health and Safety.
He enjoys working with people to make things happen rather than falling into the traditional ‘Fun Police’ stereotype that taints the reputation of most safety professionals.
Morgan puts people first, and he is always striving to make Health, Safety and Wellbeing more accessible by looking for solutions that are easier to implement and simple to follow.

Garrith adopts a balanced mix of analytical and creative thinking, allowing him to approach projects and problem-solving in a way that delivers fit-for-purpose solutions. Heather Leach is a health and safety consultant with an extensive training and operations background with retail giants Coles Liquor Group and Woolworths. Heather has a diverse background, which provides a great fresh perspective to our team and clients. Heather has real life experience, can empathise with frontline personnel and help provide value add practical solutions.
Heather has a Diploma in Health & Safety and was a previous Director of a construction company overseeing many residential building projects. Heather has also worked with several clients to improve management systems, audits, industrial equipment risk reviews, work method statements, and risk workshops across high risk industries, e.g. construction, facilities management, events and government.
