Kate has a proven track working at General Manager level with several high profile ASX 100 listed companies leading transformation behavioural, system & Leadership programs in Australia and internationally. Kate has demonstrated experience building high performing teams with a great blend of senior executive and consulting experience, e.g. NZ WorkSafe, Boral, NSW Government, GrainCorp, Metcash and Adelaide Brighton. Kate has a compelling warm demeanour, allowing her to genuinely engage with senior executive teams and frontline operations across Agriculture, Concrete & Quarries, FMCG & Community Services.

Ian has 20 years international professional experience in health, safety and business improvement in military, mining, rail, oil & gas, utilities. He is the Director of Melius Consulting and Sleep4Performance and a researcher with the University of Western Australia where he has worked with elite sporting organizations/athletes to optimize performance. Ian has led and guided health, safety and business improvement projects in a range of diverse international locations.
Ian’s industry career has focused on the leadership of several significant projects where he utilised Lean/Six Sigma and scientific methodologies to drive a step change improvement in performance whilst ensuring sustainability through culture change. He is most interested in the relationships with other disciplines enabling productivity to deliver true value to organizations. He regularly contributes to articles within the popular media and has been featured on the health report on ABC radio, numerous podcasts and has appeared on ABC television, Channel 7, Channel 10 and Channel 9 in Australia. He has authored and co-authored a number of scientific articles and technical reports and is a regular reviewer for scientific peer reviewed journals.

He has a proven track record across many and varied high risk businesses such as Australian Grain Export, Boart Longyear, McConnell Dowell, Lend Lease and Minda Incorporated. He has worked in diverse industry sectors such as agriculture, drilling, mining, building, construction, engineering, civil, rail, electrical and disability, where his knowledge and capability enables him to keep things simple.
Rory has a Graduate Diploma in Occupational Hazard Management, Diploma Occupational Health & Safety, Advanced Diploma Business Administration, Certified Management System Auditor, Applied Suicide Intervention Skills and is an Accredited Mental Health First Aid Instructor.
He is a Mentor, a Chartered Professional Member and a Certified Generalist OHS Professional with the Australian Institute of Health & Safety (AIHS).
