Rebecca is a senior health and safety expert with experience in the end-to-end delivery of strategic health and safety initiatives that are closely aligned with business performance and operational needs. Rebecca’s core capabilities are in strategy, leadership development, management systems, critical risk management, contractor management, and critical incident response.

Terry is a senior health, safety and environmental expert with a proven track record in delivering effective outcomes in the areas of safety leadership, risk management, management systems, training and auditing.
He has worked across several high-risk industries such as construction, facilities management, logistics and major events. This has included many high-profile organisations and projects such the Australian Grand Prix Corporation as the role as Risk and Safety Manager, Australian Defence Force contracts and community organisation YMCA Victoria.
Amelia is a trusted health and safety expert. She is a Director leading FEFO Consulting practices clients throughout Queensland. Her expertise includes WHS and environmental risk management, systems, governance and contractor management.
Amelia has experience across a diverse range of high risk industry including construction, energy infrastructure, services, intensive agriculture and manufacturing. Previously employed by Lend Lease, Alstom, Downer, Teys and most recently as Health, Safety and Environmental Manager for a commercial construction company, Spaceframe Buildings.
Amelia is a passionate advocate for improving safety culture through trust and authenticity. Her expertise extends to industry affairs, as demonstrated by her participation in Master Builders Queensland WHS and Environment Policy sub-committees.
In addition to WHS qualifications, Amelia has completed tertiary study in Emergency and Disaster Management, as well as Fire Safety.
Operations Manager (NSW)
Rachel brings a diverse range of operational experience combined with health and safety expertise. She sits on the FEFO Consulting Executive Leadership Team leading our service delivery and product roadmap strategy.
Rachel’s experience extends across high risk industries including Telecommunications, Construction and Mechanical Services. In her various safety professional roles with a publicly listed company, Rachel delivered safety system improvements projects, national strategic projects across safety and assurance, data insights, solutions and analytic tools, national contractor management system implementation and critical risk control programs.
Operations Capability Lead
Hollie’s extensive career has seen her gain experience across a variety of locations and industries including hospitality, health and fitness, business, and administration – experience that’s allowed her to work with a range of different people and personalities. Hollie is a program designer, facilitator, and wellbeing educator, with more than 15 years’ experience as a teacher. Her vast experience as a project co-ordinator and operations manager gives her a unique perspective to meet and fulfill your organisational needs.
Hollie is a motivated, passionate, and enthusiastic person. She takes an inquisitive, informed, and practical approach, working collaboratively with both colleagues and clients to help them gain awareness of their strengths and weaknesses, build positivity and arming them with the tools they need to succeed and thrive.

Senior Associate (NSW)
Marina is an experienced Registered Psychologist and Masters-qualified Coach with over 15 years’ experience in executive coaching, workshop design and facilitation and psychological assessment. She has a special interest in leadership development and assisting her clients to build resilience, develop emotional agility and flourish in stressful environments.
Marina designs tailored solutions in response to both individual and organizational challenges. Marina is particularly passionate about organizational health and wellbeing, supporting leaders to create positive work environments. Throughout her career, Marina has assisted many organizations and teams to understand the elements of healthy work cultures, and to recognize signs and symptoms of psychological distress. In delivering such programs, Marina takes a holistic approach to mental health, highlighting the systemic factors that can contribute to compromised wellbeing. She encourages clients to be proactive in addressing mental health and focuses on effective solutions to support team leaders and individuals.
Marina has worked with clients from a range of industries, including government, legal, banking, finance, medical, dentistry, education and not-for-profit, both in Australia and New Zealand. Marina’s clients include Wynn Williams, Cavell Leitch, Gadens Lawyers, ABN AMRO, Citigroup and Crowe Horwath Accounting, among others. Yvonne is an accomplished leader specializing in injury prevention practical initiatives to improve health, safety, and wellbeing outcomes.
Yvonne’s core capabilities are strategy, systems, leadership, worker compensation, change management, critical risk management and injury management and prevention. She has previously held head of health, safety, and wellbeing roles with publicly listed organisations across Australia and New Zealand and worked directly with boards, senior executives and frontline operations. Yvonne’s diverse experience extends across a range of projects in high-risk industries including Building Products, Construction, Logistics and Transport, and Manufacturing.
Yvonne holds a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy and range of other certifications, e.g., Cert IV Training and Assessment, Certificate in Occupational Hygiene , RTW Coordinator for NSW and Comcare.
Morgan is an experienced Health, Safety and Wellbeing professional who has worked across the Security, Facilities Management, and Major Events fields, and has Certificate IV in Workplace Health and Safety.

Garrith is an experienced health, safety and risk consultant with over nine years of safety experience across both the for-profit and not-for-profit sectors, which has seen Garrith work with a broad range of stakeholders and manage complex and unique safety situations.
Garrith adopts a balanced mix of analytical and creative thinking, allowing him to approach projects and problem-solving in a way that delivers fit-for-purpose solutions. Garrith has a genuine passion for working with people, problem-solving, and helping others understand not just the ‘what’ but the ‘why’ behind health and safety, helping to foster a deeper understanding and commitment to safety among the individuals and organisations he works with.
Heather Leach is a health and safety consultant with an extensive training and operations background with retail giants Coles Liquor Group and Woolworths. Heather has a diverse background, which provides a great fresh perspective to our team and clients. Heather has real life experience, can empathise with frontline personnel and help provide value add practical solutions.
Heather has a Diploma in Health & Safety and was a previous Director of a construction company overseeing many residential building projects. Heather has also worked with several clients to improve management systems, audits, industrial equipment risk reviews, work method statements, and risk workshops across high risk industries, e.g. construction, facilities management, events and government.

Sam Noble is a well-regarded Health and Safety, and HR expert with a broad range of professional experience. Sam joins FEFO Consulting as Business Development & Safety Consultant working in Perth leading our Western Australian (WA) consulting services along with our product development and sales strategy.
Sam’s international experience enables him to effectively lead our operations across a range of sectors such as Defence, Aviation, and Resources. His expansive career has included work across UK, Ireland, Canada, New Zealand, and Australia. This international experience provides Sam great insight to support our Health and Safety Index clients and strategic Partners in a global market.
Richard is a safety and security professional with a broad mix of competencies gained in retail, emergency & life rescue, commercial security, call centres, construction and safety in rail as well as RTO management.
He has in-depth knowledge of RTO compliance processes, health & safety, workplace behaviour and privacy regulations. Richard has a Certificate IV in Workplace Health and Safety, and Management System Lead Auditor.
Alex is an accomplished risk, safety and quality leader with a diverse history of commercial and operational experience. Throughout his career, he has developed a broad understanding of how to to identify, manage and mitigate risks throughout all aspects of a business/organisation and to seek simple and streamlined responses both proactively and reactively to matters as they arise.
Alex is considered a trusted adviser and a competent risk and compliance professional. He seeks to bring common-sense, commercial, realistic, and relatable solutions to situations that can then be implemented. He has extensive experience in operational safety, management systems, risk management, training, contractor management, audit and assurance.
