Kate Power is a highly capable leader with unique skills developed over 23-year period across workplace safety and community mental health roles. She also has a passion for creating positive social impact as a Mental Health First Aider and qualified instructor.
Kate also has extensive complex Mental Health Case Management experience and facilitating Mental Health Community / Family Support groups with Not for profit organisations. Kate is now dedicated to translating her mental health experience into practical wellbeing & mental health workplace solutions for corporate & heavy industry alike.
Kate has a proven track working at General Manager level with several high profile ASX 100 listed companies leading transformation behavioural, system & Leadership programs in Australia and internationally.
Kate has a compelling warm demeanour, allowing her to genuinely engage with senior executive teams and frontline operators across Agriculture, Concrete & Quarries, FMCG & Community Services. Ian has 20 years international professional experience in health, safety and business improvement in military, mining, rail, oil & gas and utilities. He is the Director of Melius Consulting and Sleep4Performance and a researcher with the University of Western Australia where he has worked with elite sporting organizations/athletes to optimize performance. Ian has led and guided health, safety and business improvement projects in a range of diverse international locations.
Ian’s industry career has focused on the leadership of several significant projects where he utilised Lean/Six Sigma and scientific methodologies to drive a step change improvement in performance whilst ensuring sustainability through culture change. He is most interested in the relationships with other disciplines enabling productivity to deliver true value to organizations. He regularly contributes to articles within the popular media and has been featured on the Health Report on ABC radio, numerous podcasts and has appeared on ABC television, Channel 7, Channel 10 and Channel 9 in Australia. He has authored and co-authored a number of scientific articles and technical reports and is a regular reviewer for scientific peer reviewed journals.

He has worked across several high risk industries such as construction, facilities management and motor sports. This has included many high profile organisations and projects such the Australian Grand Prix Formula 1 and Moto GP and many Australian Defence Force contracts.

She has also written technical air safety investigation papers, which have been published and presented within international forums.
