Mark is a trusted Risk, Health and Safety professional committed to preventing harm and building high levels of business performance. Mark’s career has included senior leadership positions and work in over 15 countries across high risk industries such as mining, oil & gas, facilities management, construction and utilities.

Mark has strong expertise in risk and safety across a number of disciplines, e.g. management systems, Critical Risk Management (CRM), Safety in Design (SiD), Chain of Responsibility (CoR), contractor management and incident investigations. He also has proven track record of leading organisation transformation projects, team design, team performance, leadership development, human performance and training.

Mark has partnered and learnt from the very best organisations both as a non-executive director, senior executive and consultant. He previously worked with SafeWork NSW as a Prosecutor and with multi-national companies such as Lend Lease, Transfield Services and Rio Tinto. More recently Mark has created a trusted ‘FEFO Consulting’ brand delivering projects with JLL, Boral, AICD, Uniting, multiple government departments and local councils.

Mark has a Bachelor of Science, Post Graduate Diploma (OHS) and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD)

Terry Swanton

Director (VIC)


Terry is a senior health, safety and environmental expert with a proven track record in delivering effective outcomes in the areas of safety leadership, health & wellbeing, management systems, safety in design, events safety, training and auditing.

He has worked across several high risk industries such as construction, facilities management and motor sports. This has included many high profile organisations and projects such the Australian Grand Prix Formula 1 and Moto GP and many Australian Defence Force contracts.

Marina Reid Wilson

Marina is an experienced Registered Psychologist and Masters-qualified Coach with over 15 years’ experience in executive coaching, workshop design and facilitation and psychological assessment. She has a special interest in leadership development and assisting her clients to build resilience, develop emotional agility and flourish in stressful environments.

Marina designs tailored solutions in response to both individual and organizational challenges. Marina is particularly passionate about organizational health and wellbeing, supporting leaders to create positive work environments. Throughout her career, Marina has assisted many organizations and teams to understand the elements of healthy work cultures, and to recognize signs and symptoms of psychological distress. In delivering such programs, Marina takes a holistic approach to mental health, highlighting the systemic factors that can contribute to compromised wellbeing. She encourages clients to be proactive in addressing mental health and focuses on effective solutions to support team leaders and individuals.

Marina has worked with clients from a range of industries, including government, legal, banking, finance, medical, dentistry, education and not-for-profit, both in Australia and New Zealand. Marina’s clients include Wynn Williams, Cavell Leitch, Gadens Lawyers, ABN AMRO, Citigroup and Crowe Horwath Accounting, among others. In the public sector, Marina has worked with clients from Department of Premier and Cabinet, Department of Finance, Service and Innovation, NSW Health Pathology, Department of Education, Employment and Workplace Relations, Transport for NSW and Sydney Trains. Her experience coaching clients from both the private and public sector gives her a breadth of understanding of the various issues that her clients face in these environments.

Marina has a B.A. (Psychology), a postgraduate diploma in Applied Psychology, and completed a Masters of Science in Coaching Psychology. Marina is also a registered Psychologist with the NSW Psychologists Registration Board.

Sally Boucher

Sally is a catalyst for growth and change by applying her specialist skills in psychology, mental health and wellbeing. She has a unique skill set of connecting meaningfully with others with a caring, insightful and solutions-focussed approach to facilitate transformation and growth.

Sally’s career has spanned the public and private sectors, not for profit organisations and the management of small businesses offering counselling and consulting services. In every setting, Sally’s focus has been on championing and developing people. Whether she is facilitating change in organisations, optimising team performance or working with individuals, Sally is passionate about helping people understand themselves, their abilities, their needs and motivations, and those of others. Through this approach Sally succeeds in connecting people to their personal and professional values and power – power which translates into greater interpersonal and professional effectiveness, stronger teams and genuine engagement with an organisation’s goals and values.

Gwen is a meticulous and task driven Executive Assistant with over 15 years of administration experience in client-centric office operations. She has a proven talent for aligning business objectives with her comprehensive administrative knowledge to achieve maximum operational impact and improve productivity.

Gwen has worked with a wide range of organisations within the Mining, Executive Management, Health and Safety and Education sectors and has a passion for creating an organised and efficient work environment.

Luke Nye

Consultant (QLD)


Luke is a driven and energetic Graduate with strong communication and problem-solving skills. He has a broad level of experience working with Dyno Nobel Asia Pacific supporting their Critical Control Verification (CCV) program and Fatal Risk Program. Luke has also delivered consulting services to maintain management system procedures, reporting, coaching activities, and plant risk assessments.

Luke has a Bachelor, Diploma and Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety. He also holds certificates in Workplace Practices and Construction.
