Baseline Projects was a small construction company with limited resources and revenues less than $2M / year.
FEFO Consulting designed a simple management system to meet OFSC requirements and meet Baseline Project’s needs.
The Office of the Federal Safety Commissioner provided Baseline Project with accreditation, allowing them to bid for commonwealth funded construction work >$4M.
This not only established a great health & safety foundation for Baseline, but has also put them in a fantastic commercial position to win work!
FEFO Consulting was engaged by a Global Mining organisation to develop an industry leading mental health & wellbeing program.
We applied a research risk-based approach to help assess, focus and improve mental health and wellbeing outcomes.
The workforce was considered high risk due the sedentary nature of work, demographic profile and a history of traumatic events. Senior leaders were highly engaged recognising they needed assistance to better understand the organisational mental health risk profile. This would then allow them to make informed risk-based decisions.
FEFO Consulting applied a multi-faceted assessment methodology including assessing 17 psychosocial risk factors to evaluate job demands, job resources and worker outcomes.
As result, FEFO Consulting helped the organisation build a clear foundational understanding of their unique risk profile to target specific areas of focus, e.g. traumatic exposures, support networks, group conflict, sleep and job design.
FEFO Consulting was engaged by Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL), a global property construction company to develop a set of Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) High Risk Standards aimed at preventing fatal and catastrophic events.

• New Critical Controls: An average of 9 new critical controls for each high risk activity
• Simplification: Reduction in document size from an average of 21 to 4 pages
• Conformance: An improvement from 17.5% to 100% conformance to Office of the Federal Safety Commissioner (OFSC) construction requirements
