Bradley is a Senior Consultant who leads FEFO’s Workplace Health and Wellbeing function.
His career spans extensive experience across all aspects of workplace health and wellbeing, safety and risk in diverse industries, including energy and utilities, telecommunications, facilities management, manufacturing, construction and major events.
Bradley’s expertise in risk management, compliance, and psychological wellbeing is highly transferable across industries.
Known for delivering practical solutions to complex challenges, Bradley has built a strong reputation for fostering trust through genuine stakeholder engagement and consistently achieving positive outcomes.
With tertiary qualifications in Psychology and Work Health and Safety, Auditing and an electrical trade background, Bradley is uniquely positioned to operate effectively across all levels of an organisation—from workshops with the front line, to executive boardroom presentation and reports.
Having worked both nationally and internationally, Bradley brings a broad perspective to his consulting approach. He is particularly passionate about enhancing employee health and wellbeing throughout the entire lifecycle of employment. His expertise includes the design and implementation of workplace Health and wellbeing strategies, with a strong emphasis on psychosocial risk management.
