Mark Wright
Managing Director
Mark is a trusted Risk, Health and Safety professional committed to preventing harm and building high levels of business performance. Mark’s career has included senior leadership positions and work in over 15 countries across high risk industries such as mining, oil & gas, facilities management, construction and utilities. Mark has strong expertise in risk and safety across a number of disciplines, e.g. management systems, Critical Risk Management (CRM), Safety in Design (SiD), Chain of Responsibility (CoR), contractor management and incident investigations. He also has proven track record of leading organisation transformation projects, team design, team performance, leadership development, human performance and training. Mark has partnered and learnt from the very best organisations both as a non-executive director, senior executive and consultant. He previously worked with SafeWork NSW as a Prosecutor and with multi-national companies such as Lend Lease, Transfield Services and Rio Tinto.
Terry Swanton
Director
Terry is a senior health, safety and environmental expert with a proven track record in delivering effective outcomes in the areas of safety leadership, risk management, management systems, training and auditing. He has worked across several high-risk industries such as construction, facilities management, logistics and major events. This has included many high-profile organisations and projects such the Australian Grand Prix Corporation as the role as Risk and Safety Manager, Australian Defence Force contracts and community organisation YMCA Victoria.
Rachel Fitzgerald
Director – Corporate Services
Rachel brings a diverse range of operational experience combined with health and safety expertise. She sits on the FEFO Consulting Executive Leadership Team leading our service delivery and product roadmap strategy.  ​ ​ Rachel’s experience extends across high risk industries including Telecommunications, Construction and Mechanical Services. In her various safety professional roles with a publicly listed company, Rachel delivered safety system improvements projects, national strategic projects across safety and assurance, data insights, solutions and analytic tools, national contractor management system implementation and critical risk control programs. ​

Bradley’s career spans across all aspects of workplace health and wellbeing, safety and risk in diverse industries, including energy and utilities, telecommunications, facilities management and major events. Known for delivering practical solutions to complex challenges, Bradley has built a strong reputation for fostering trust through genuine stakeholder engagement and consistently achieving positive outcomes. With tertiary qualifications in Psychology and Work Health and Safety, and an electrical trade background, Bradley is uniquely positioned to operate effectively across all levels of an organisation—from workshops with the front line, to executive boardroom presentation and reports. His blend of technical knowledge and people-focused insight allows him to coach, influence and lead with confidence and empathy. Having worked both nationally and internationally, Bradley brings a broad perspective to his consulting approach. He is particularly passionate about enhancing employee health and wellbeing throughout the entire lifecycle of employment. Morgan Slocombe

Morgan is an experienced Health, Safety and Wellbeing professional who has worked across the Security, Facilities Management, and Major Events fields, and has Certificate IV in Workplace Health and Safety.   He enjoys working with people to make things happen rather than falling into the traditional ‘Fun Police’ stereotype that taints the reputation of most safety professionals.   Morgan puts people first, and he is always striving to make Health, Safety and Wellbeing more accessible by looking for solutions that are easier to implement and simple to follow.   A golfer, a boxer, a dog owner, and a lover of live music, Morgan is an advocate for a balanced life.
Garrith Parker

Garrith is an experienced health, safety and risk consultant with over nine years of safety experience across both the for-profit and not-for-profit sectors, which has seen Garrith work with a broad range of stakeholders and manage complex and unique safety situations. Garrith adopts a balanced mix of analytical and creative thinking, allowing him to approach projects and problem-solving in a way that delivers fit-for-purpose solutions. Garrith has a genuine passion for working with people, problem-solving, and helping others understand not just the ‘what’ but the ‘why’ behind health and safety, helping to foster a deeper understanding and commitment to safety among the individuals and organisations he works with.
James McGuire
Senior HSE Consultant
James is a Certified Occupational Health and Safety Professional (COHSProf) committed to helping clients achieve high standards in health, safety, and environmental (HSE) management. He is passionate about safety, sustainability, and workplace wellbeing. Originally from Adelaide, he also has a lifelong passion for all sport and in particular Australian Rules Football. With over 15 years of experience in HSE management across the construction, oil and gas, manufacturing, and healthcare industries, James brings extensive knowledge and expertise. He holds a Master’s Degree in Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental Management, along with qualifications in ESG and Internal Auditing. James’ experience spans all aspects of HSE management across various disciplines, including contractor management, construction site management, ISO audits, safety software deployments, ergonomics, workplace violence, and ESG. He has previously worked with a global consulting company, a large construction company, the NT government, and in a consultant capacity for several large multinational and Asia-Pacific organizations such as BP, Ampol, Santos, Healthscope, Vanderlande, and others.

Ms. Steele is an expert Trainer with extensive experience in Europe and Australia, designing and facilitating programs to enhance customer experience, meet business objectives and deliver better results. She specialises in and is passionate about performance enhancement covering all aspects of Service Excellence, Professional Selling and Inspirational Leadership, including Effective Safety Leadership. Ms. Steele has an engaging and empathetic delivery style and a highly developed ability to enthuse, challenge and motivate learners. Her experience covers a wide range of sectors including ICT, Mining, Telecommunications, Automotive, Financial Services, Health, Retail, Higher Education and Not For Profit, e.g. Human Synergy, Korn Ferry and has worked with The Miller Heiman Group.

Vanessa is a highly skilled data analyst who is committed to using her expertise to gain actionable insights from data and to support businesses with informed decision-making. Vanessa has a degree in Applied Mathematics, where she exhibited excellence in her coursework and demonstrated a strong aptitude for analytical problem-solving. She has extensive professional experience in analyzing large datasets and performing statistical analyses. She has completed several courses and certifications where she honed her skills in data manipulation, data analysis, data visualization, and machine learning. She is adept at presenting data in a manner that is easily understandable, and her strong communication skills enable her to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
