As 2024 draws to a close, FEFO Consulting are filled with gratitude for the journey we’ve shared with you. This year has been a time of growth, collaboration, and, most importantly, making a positive difference. We’ve had the privilege of working alongside incredible people and organizations, and together, we’ve brought about meaningful change.

• Networking Success: Successfully launched events that attracted over 200 attendees.
• Industry Recognition: Featured in the AIHS industry magazine‘s December 2024 edition with two FEFO client case studies.
• Innovative Solutions: Introduced Psychosocial Dx for reliable diagnostic surveys and Maturity Assessments.
• Regional Growth: Expanded operations in Perth, delivering value across mining, construction, defence, services, and more.
• Leadership Impact: Delivered over 30 Safety Leadership Workshops across Australia and New Zealand.
• Accreditation Excellence: Supported clients in achieving FSC Accreditation, including one on their first attempt in just four months!
• CCM Risk Reduction: Identified an average of four new critical controls per material risk reviewed, preventing fatalities and catastrophic events.
• Social Impact: Made a difference across developing countries, supporting over 15 young people to access education.
• Strategic Partnerships: Built collaborations with MATES, Staunch Technology, Superfriends, IEG, HammerTech, and I Am Here.

We’re especially proud to continue our partnership with Plan International for the second consecutive year. Together, we’ve been able to make a lasting impact on education, food security, and the well-being of children and their communities. Through this collaboration, we’re helping create a better tomorrow for those who need it most, and we’re excited to continue our efforts in the years ahead.

As we move into 2025, we’re excited about the opportunities ahead and our vision of supporting others strive for excellence.
