FEFO Consulting recently partnered with a global organisation to create strong health & safety beliefs, effective leaders and a high performance culture.

This involved designing a business specific program with three key phases:

Measure: Site visits, engagement of key stakeholders and a formal evaluation using the Health and Safety Index, i.e. combination of organisational feedback and individual self-assessments.
