World class event, the highest safety standards, competing priorities and a genuine desire to improve.

FEFO Consulting was partnered with the Health and Safety Index to support the Australian Grand Prix Corporation assess their health and safety maturity and build a high performance culture. A statistically reliable survey was completed two years in a row to help measure change and areas of improvement.

This involved deploying a survey and support across three key phases:

• Measure: Deploying the Health and Safety Index survey to measure organisational climate across Safety Leadership, Safety Engagement, Safety System and Health & Wellbeing.
• Focus: Providing in depth analysis to help the Australian Grand Prix Corporation better understand areas of focus – both positive and negative aspects.
• Act: Applying a prioritised list of Levers to act. These Health and Safety Index Levers are specifically design to provide organisations guidance on actions to provide the greaterst return on investment
